I like what you have done here. It is not much but that's what makes it for me. sometimes we strive so hard to create a feeling that our vision is lost. Your image is raw and I think those are the best.

For vision I gave 3 1/2 because of how the poem ties in with the picture. So much intent is instilled with the focus tight on the eye and the grittiness resulting from the wet hair.

I gave a 2 1/2 for originality because the frame and style isn't really that original. Please don't take that as a knock on your approach because it is a great picture and again your poem helps it to stand on it's own.

For technique I gave 4 stars. There are a lot of things I like here. Black and white stands in a class of it's own and when done properly I feel like everything else comes in second place. I prefer the contrast of this picture better than in "Whores will have their trinkets". I think this is probably the best amount of messy compared to "Disheveled".

Impact, 4 stars. It helped to see the three of this set together. This one clearly stood out from the group. In a sea of images that can seem similar, in the fact that a picture can speak a thousand words, sometimes it is nice to have something provided by the artist that tells the story we may not get from the image alone.

All in all I really appreciate the impact, the sincerity in how your words tie together with the image. I will have to check out more of your work.
